1. Hours of Operation
   As entrepreneurs and freelancers we are pretty flexible. However, we do like to keep normal hours of operation and work by Pacific Standard Time. We are not open on weekends or holidays.
2. How to Contact Us
   We don’t want to miss your questions. The best way to contact us and have your questions answered is via email.
3. Payments
   You will not receive any products or services prior to the receipt of your signed client agreement and first installment. Products once paid for in full or per installment agreement are eligible for download as outlined, private sessions can be booked or other as agreed.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
   We hope that you are 100% satisfied. We truly appreciate your business and enjoy working with so many amazing women who are out to make an impact, be empowered and be unbound and limitless whether entrepreneurs or students, whether in midlife or quarterlife. However, due to the nature of these programs and services, no refunds will be issued, no matter the point in the process.
5. Coaching Packages
   As mentioned above, we do not offer refunds or cancellations. All deposits are non-refundable. All contracts and purchases are binding. Information products/eCourses: Because all information products and eCourses are accessible and downloadable at the time of purchase, we do not offer refunds or cancellations. All purchases are binding.

   All programs are protected under the copyright of Gigi Moser International LLC. We have the right to display and market all work completed as a result of our client agreement. Details listed above may be changed or edited at any time as services change.
